Meet your yoga instructor, Anna Hayek. Anna has been guiding yoga and mindfulness classes since 2013 and brings a wealth of experience. A regular movement practice such as yoga can be very supportive on your body/mind healing journey. We highly recommend giving it a try.
Gentle Yoga
Take time to get centered and grounded with breathing exercises, gentle movement and plenty of time for restful meditation.This cozy class is an excellent choice for beginners in yoga or for those who seek time to decompress and take things slow.
