Studio Space Rental
Our 16 x 32 space is designed with acoustics and sound resonance in mind making it ideal for Sound Baths and healing classes. This space is also very well suited for yoga, tai chi, energy work, and mat pilates classes. Studio Rental Rates $50/hr + $15 for each additional 30 minutes (Ex., $65 for 90-minutes, $80 for 120-minutes) Extended Time Discounts 5+ hours = 15% discounted rate 10+ hours = 20% discounted rate 20+ hours = 25% discounted rate All studio rentals include access to available mats, blankets, bolsters, folding chairs and audio system. Treatment Room Rental
Baseline BodyMind has two treatment rooms available for rent. One room has a power lift treatment table and is ideally suited for a massage therapist, physical therapist, acupuncturist or energy worker. The second room has a standard massage table, a couch and comfortable chair making it ideal for therapy sessions including mental health and somatic therapy.
Room rates are based on renting one day for the month (ex., all Tuesdays of the month)
$200/day for 1 day
$175/day for 2 days
$150/day for 3+ days
A 3-month lease is required after which cancelation may be made with a 30-day notice.
