At Baseline BodyMind, we offer body-based Chakra Meditations designed to guide you out of your head and back into your body—where real regulation, healing, and transformation occur.

Meditation is often taught as a mental exercise: quiet the thoughts, control the breath, override discomfort. For many, this feels frustrating or unattainable. 

This approach is different.

Body-based meditation prioritizes sensation, nervous system safety, and gentle awareness. Rather than forcing the mind to be still, we allow the body to soften first, knowing the mind will naturally follow.

Each practice is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and listen.

Chakra Meditation, Reimagined

The chakra system offers a powerful map of human experience—physical, emotional, psychological, and energetic. In our Chakra Meditations, we move beyond concept and visualization into felt experience.

Through guided attention, breath awareness, sound, and subtle movement, you are invited to:
• Sense each energetic center in your body
• Notice where tension, holding, or ease is present
• Create safety for release without force or overwhelm
• Restore balance within the body’s natural tension system

This is not about fixing or changing anything.
It’s about learning to feel, trust, and inhabit your body more fully.
